When I try to login to cPanel University, it says my account is inactive. Why is my account inactivate, and how do I activate it?
There are a couple of reasons that accounts can become inactive, though most often is related to an extended period of inactivity. You can activate your account using our self-service form:
Enter your name, the email address associated with your account, and click submit. You will receive an email with an activation link to your registered email address. Open the email and click on the Activation Link to activate your account. Finally, log into the University with your email address and your current password.
If you experience any issues in relation to the form or logging in after your account has been activated, please create a ticket with us via firstname.lastname@example.org or using the "Submit a request" in the top right of this Help Center.
