I'm getting an error saying my email address is already in use when trying to log in with my cPanelID (OpenID Connect)

Issue

When I try logging into cPanel University, the following error is displayed:

Someone is already using this email address. Your email: <email address>

Solution

You will need to either submit a ticket directly through the cPanel University help center, or email us at professor@cpanel.net so that we may correct your user profile.
