I see some members in the leaderboards have badges for completing the course surveys.

The “Survey” Badges category does not count on my account, although I completed all the surveys for my completed courses. Other people have the “Survey” Badges working. Why is this so?

Answer

cPanel University switched from the internal surveys tool to an external one (TypeForm). Badges are not counted against the external system.
