Symptoms

Attempting to enroll in a course or trying to proceed forward to the next course. When clicking the Begin your course button or link https://exams.cpanel.net/learner/courseinfo/id:NNN, the following message about missing permission is shown:

You do not have the privileges to perform this action

Cause

The link is for enrolled users only.

Resolution

Please report to cPanel University team about this issue. Please provide a screenshot or specify a URL where you have found the link/button resulting in the above error message.

Workaround

Use the Course catalog to find the necessary course.
