Symptoms

The Partner Dashboard > List Users page is empty.

A manager cannot see staff already enrolled on certification courses.

Cause

The manager is registered with an email address hosted on a domain not associated with their company.

Resolution

1. Log in Manage2 https://manage2.cpanel.net/
2. Update the associated domains via Manage2 Dashboard > Update Company Information.

Changes should take effect within 24 hours.
