Symptoms

An account successfully created on cPanel University. However, the activation link necessary to access the platform is not received.

There is nothing in Spam/Junk folder.

Mailbox storage shows 100% utilization.

Cause

New messages cannot be delivered because mailbox is out of storage space.

Resolution

Please free up some space in the mailbox, i.e., remove old messages. Our LMS will re-try to deliver the message several times with a few-hour intervals.

If more than 48 hours have passed since registration, the activation link must be expired. Please submit a request for manual account activation and reply to the ticket via email to validate the email address.
