We received a notification that our Partner certification is expiring, but we just renewed it.

Currently, the system that sends the notifications is separate from the cPanel University platform and must be updated manually with updated Partner certification information. This means some Partners may receive a notification even though they have recently renewed the company certification. We are working to improve this experience to prevent confusion in the future.
