Login: wrong email or password error, cPanel University login not working

If you are receiving an error telling you that you have the wrong email or password, it is more than likely due to our recent migration.

We recently migrated cPanel University to a new platform to improve your experience going forward. Below is everything you need to know about the changes and how to access your account.

How do I log in now?

To log in to the new cPanel University platform, you must first create a WebPros SSO account. This is true even if you have an existing cPanel University account on our previous platform.

• Visit the new login page: https://university.cpanel.net

• Click Register and create a new WebPros SSO account using the same email address you used for your original cPanel University account.

Using the same email will connect your new login with your migrated certifications.

Why can’t I log in with my old password?

Your old login credentials will no longer work. Since we moved to a new system:

• You must create a new WebPros SSO account even if you had a cPanel University account before.

Once you sign up with the same email, your account and certificates will be available.
