As a Partner, you may have former employees who still appear in your reports. This is due to how user-partner associations occur. Users are associated with your company if their email domain matches a domain in your Manage2 domain list.
Currently, the only way for users to not appear in your reports is if their email address domain is changed to something other than what is in your Manage2 domain list.
However, we have an open feature request to mark those types of users as hidden, which will prevent them from appearing in partner reports, being used in Partner Certification calculations, or being related to your company in any way.
