Why can't I log into my newly created account?
I am not able to access certifications and courses.
The following error is shown:
Your account is inactive.
Answer
If you just signed up for a cPanel University account and are unable to log in immediately, you likely haven't activated your account yet. Check your email, including spam/junk, for an activation message from cPanel University.
If you do not find the message or have already activated your account and cannot log in, please create a ticket using the Submit a request link at the top right of this page.
