There are a few possibilities that can impact your ability to log in.
- Your account has been created, but not activated yet. Check your email for an activation link. If you cannot find an activation email, reference this article for instructions on how to re-send.
- The username of your account does not match the email address on your profile, and you are attempting to log in using OpenID Connect. If this occurs, please open up a cPanel University support ticket through the help center, or contact us at email@example.com.
