Branch managers have access to three separate roles in the TalentLMS interface (TalentLMS being the service used to host the e-learning environment for cPanel University):
The Administrator role provides you with a more global view of the environment, allowing you to generate reports, manage your users, create groups, import/export, and manage files.
The Instructor role provides you with much of the actual progress tracking capabilities, including some of those also available in the Administrator role, such as reports and group management.
The Learner role is what you would see as a "Student" participating in the courses.
You can switch between these roles using the dropdown menu item at the top bar, to the left of the "Go to" menu item.
