The cPanel Certified Partner program was established to help cPanel Partners provide their technical support employees training in administering and troubleshooting cPanel-specific issues. Thus helping our partners provide a high level of support to their customers.
The cPanel Certified Partner program allows partners to acquire a new form of accreditation, displayed prominently alongside their company's name in our Partner Directory and cPanel University Partner profile page.
Certified Partners will receive perks that include:
- All support requests are automatically escalated to Ultra Priority queue, which is the highest priority (outside of Emergency priority items) in the cPanel Support ticket queue.
- Verifiably Certified Partners are eligible for a 2% discount on cPanel licenses.
- Certified Partners will also be eligible for occasional early roll-outs of new features or product implementations.
