What are the primary certification tiers offered in cPanel University?

There are a number of certifications and course material provided, but at its core we consider the learning process to involve five primary levels of certification, with the goal of allowing anyone to progress all the way from introductory to expert.

1. CPANEL SALES PROFESSIONAL (CPSP)​
   The cPanel University Sales course covers the features, benefits, and fundamental usage of cPanel & WHM. Prove you have what it takes to help sell your next cPanel & WHM server, cloud instance, or VPS server.​
2. CPANEL PROFESSIONAL (CPC)​
   The cPanel Professional Certification is the first step in technical cPanel & WHM certification. We designed it to test your understanding of internet technologies and cPanel interface administration.​
3. WHM ADMINISTRATOR (CWA)​
   The cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification tests your knowledge on service administration, ranging from web server setup, to email troubleshooting, to custom DNS configurations, to administrating MySQL through WHM.​​
4. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (CWSA-1)​
   The cPanel & WHM Systems Administrator I Exam requires an in-depth knowledge of managing a cPanel & WHM server from the command line.​
5. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (CWSA-2)
   The cPanel & WHM Systems Administrator II Exam requires an in-depth knowledge of the WHM & cPanel plugin development process, interface customization, and environment configuration for developers.
