You may have changed your name in your profile or noticed a mistake in your name and fixed it in your profile. However, the name on your certifications didn't change!
This is an issue that only the cPanel University professors can rectify. Please put in a support ticket by visiting our ticket submission form: https://help.university.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
If possible, please let us know what certifications you need us to update.
