Why does my certificate and/or account show "Unnamed User" as my name?
When you log in to University with cPanelID, your first and last names are automatically taken from the cPanel Store account. The default value "Unnamed User" is set if there is no name in cPanel Store.
As of now, the backward sync from cPanel Store to cPanelID is not working. We are aware of this issue and have escalated it to developers.
As a workaround, please manually update your name in the University account and use your username/email and password to authenticate in cPanel University.
Warning: the change will be overwritten to "Unnamed User" when you log in to University with cPanelID.
If you have any certificates with "Unnamed User" as the name, please submit a ticket requesting we apply the name change to your certificate(s).
