Why does my certificate and/or account show "Unnamed User" as my name?
Answer
When you logged in to the legacy cPanel University platform with cPanelID, your first and last names were automatically taken from the cPanel Store account. The default value "Unnamed User" was set if there was no name in your cPanel Store account.
We migrated University accounts from the legacy platform to the new University platform as they existed at the time. This means your account had "Unnamed User" on the old platform.
Now, we are using WebPros Account as the authentication method. However, we have found that the name fields are only saved upon initial account creation rather than any time you log in.
